  1. You may have difficulty sleeping either falling asleep, staying asleep or you sleep way to much.
  2. You may feel anxious about certain tasks throughout the day.
  3. You have a difficult time focusing or concentrating throughout the day.
  4. You may begin to feel more emotional.

  
 
How to combat the feeling of overwhelm:

  1. Develop a regular bedtime routine.
  2. Reflect on your daily habits.
  3. Self-reflect.
  4. Cut down on your daily tasks.
  5. Confide in someone you can trust.
  6. Implement some self-care techniques.
