What book have you read that has left a lasting impression on you? The book The Secret by Rhonda Byrnes is a book that totally changed the trajectory of my life. This book has helped me to get the job, salary and home that I wanted.
How do you untangle all of the thoughts that are going on in your head? Do you write them down, do you record them?
2 solutions work for me:
1. Journal and being very detailed in doing so
2. Create a vision board
a. Get a poster board
b. Get a pair of scissors
c. Get glue and or tape
d. Collect magazines
e. Gather your favorite snacks
f. Get to it
